The certification of the accounting processes in our software solutions by an auditing institute and the successful completion of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 audit of the server operation are further evidence and steps along this path.

Accordingly, our products not only impress with their functionality, but also with their user-friendliness. We now have a large support team, a customer satisfaction department and highly available systems that are supported 24/7/365 by our administrators.

For example, we were awarded the "Innovative through Research" seal of approval by the Stifterverband der Deutschen Wissenschaft for our research activities and won the Freiburg Innovation Award in 2021. Being nominated for the German Sustainability Award 2021 as a company of our size is further recognition of our efforts.

You can rely on us - you know when your product will be ready for use even before the project begins. It goes without saying that the protection of your data and that of your customers is particularly important to us. We therefore host all data securely on our own servers or in selected European partner data centers. In January 2021, we therefore also joined the GAIA-X initiative as a Day 1 member, in which we are developing common requirements for a European data infrastructure with other members.

Sustainable mobility solutions

For a networked future

As a resource-saving software solution, our mobility platform, the highQ MobilitySuite, coordinates flexible combinations of different modes of transport, depending on the traffic situation and the environmental situation. When all transport and service providers have common open access (from municipal transport companies to car and bike sharing to supplementary services, parking garages, etc.), a cross-modal offer is created that is directly available to the user.

With the highQ mobility platform, we are providing users with an alternative to private transport, networked and multimodal. It makes it easy to switch to more environmentally friendly means of transportation on the way to the mobility of the future. An incentive component can additionally promote motivation.

Bundling transport services, optimizing sales processes

User-friendly and intelligent, our mytraQ app enables future-oriented mobility at the best price - both in terms of route and financially. Instead of buying a ticket, registered users check in to mytraQ with their smartphone and book a travel authorization before starting their journey.

The first check-in/be-out system (CiBo) in Germany automatically recognizes which route is subsequently covered (each change or exit) and calculates the cheapest fare fully automatically. At the end of the week, a bundled invoice is issued. Our customer was awarded the Stadtwerke Award 2020 for the public transport concept we implemented for Stadtwerke Osnabrück AG, which is unique in Germany and in which highQ supplied the integrated sales background system as the general contractor. The award particularly recognizes the exemplary and innovative character as well as the sustainability of the project.
