In addition to the highQ systems for subscription customers and occasional services, which have long been fully VDV-KA-capable, highQ also provides an online order route, a subscription background system, the ticket service and the end customer app D-Ticket:App for customers without their own VDV-KA contract and tariff for the Deutschland-Ticket.
With this solution, we not only provide customers with the basis for eligibility through the immediate VDV-KA conformity of the D-Ticket, but also support a start-up and migration phase.
The versatile fare management system supports all types of travel authorizations, whether paper tickets, chip cards or cell phone tickets, as well as all standard sales channels, from the customer center back office, service points and web portals to the connection of bulk customer subscriptions, job, student and school tickets.
Users particularly appreciate the ease of use and the many practical functions of TicketOffice. One example is the flexible contract data import for subscription management, for example of student stock lists, which are not very standardized, or the provision of stock exports and statistics.
TicketOffice is already in use in 30 transport associations and 50 other transport companies throughout Germany.

TicketOffice supports all relevant booking processes from SEPA direct debit, cost unit billing, payment reminders, multi-level dunning process to debt collection transfer through multi-level claims management.
The preliminary check is carried out via automated, optional credit check requests. The optional fare.logiQ modules EDB (revenue database) and a differentiated EAV (revenue distribution) supplement the billing-related workflow. The revenue database module (EDB) gives you a detailed overview of your revenue at all times. An SAP interface integrated in TicketOffice can transfer this data directly to the general ledger.

The TicketOffice layout editor supports you in the design of ticket layouts, cover letters and reports. The editors are simple and intuitive to use. Create automatic cover letters for ticket printing, monthly closing and combine special promotions with a personalized, automated cover letter (e.g. when welcoming new customers).
Numerous text modules in the TicketOffice Editor further simplify the creation of cover letters.
Optionally, you can also support your billing-related workflow with fare.logiQ modules such as the EDB (revenue database) and the EAV (revenue allocation procedure).
