Our cooperation partners

Because many things move forward faster together, we rely on cooperation and diverse partnerships.

Generative Software GmbH

Robots are mainly known from manufacturing industries – but automation has long since found its way into software development as well.

Recurring, similar programming tasks can be largely automated with the help of so-called code generators. This frees the human software developer's head and hands for the creative part of their work. At highQ, we use the development platform Virtual Developer from our partner Generative Software for this purpose, which offers a particularly versatile development environment.

This partially automated approach – also known as model-driven software development – not only brings advantages for us, but also for you as a user of our software solutions. Development times are significantly reduced, which also results in cost advantages.

At the same time, the risk of errors is significantly reduced through automatic code generation – the automatic programmer does not make careless mistakes. Just as with development, time is also saved during implementation, meaning that your software is ready for use faster. Updates to existing software can also be created quickly and cost-effectively in this way.

Zeitmeilen AG

How can road users be motivated to adopt environmentally friendly mobility behavior? How can they be convinced to leave their own car at home more often and make their journeys using multimodal mobility, e.g. by public transport or car and bike sharing? Research findings show: If an appropriate transport service is available in a metropolitan area, individual mobility behavior in terms of mode of transport, route and time can be steered in the desired direction through non-material, monetary and virtual incentives.

In practice, incentivization can be implemented in the form of a regionally effective bonus system that is integrated into the mobility app of the road user – for example mytraQ.  With the incentivization tool from our partner company Zeitmeilen AG, users can collect time miles and later exchange them for benefits such as free tickets, free parking time or discounts at regional businesses.

An integrated gamification component also allows users to compare themselves with others, which is particularly well received in a corporate environment: When an employee commutes to work in an environmentally friendly way, other colleagues are encouraged to do the same. In this way, incentivization through time miles helps to relieve local traffic flows and reduce the CO₂ footprint in a municipality and/or company.

You can see how the Zeitmeilen concept is implemented in practice in the Ruhrbahn bonus program. Here, environmentally friendly mobility is rewarded – regardless of whether the user travels by bus, train, bicycle or on foot.

Fair City Partners

To solve traffic problems in cities, mobility behavior needs to change.

In addition to a wide range of environmentally friendly modes of transport, it is necessary for habits to change. People need to be motivated to switch.

Traffic management affects everyone, from residents and commuters to tourists, tradespeople and suppliers; both motorized road users as well as pedestrians and cyclists.

Other cooperation partners

The mobility of the future encompasses many areas, which is why our commitment is also broad.

30 years of highQ – thank you for your trust

Since June 4, 1996, highQ has stood for intelligent software solutions that make public transport simpler, more transparent, more customer-friendly and, above all, more sustainable. We are delighted to have you by our side on this journey.
