The certification of the accounting processes in our software solutions by an auditing institute and the successful DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 audit of our server operations are further evidence and steps on this path.

Partnership-based cooperation
We owe various awards to our partnership-based cooperation with scientists and users. For our research activities, we were awarded the “Innovative through Research” seal of quality by the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft and won the Freiburg Innovation Award in 2021.
Being nominated for the German Sustainability Award 2021 as a company of our size is another recognition of our efforts.
You can rely on us – even before the start of a project, you will know when your product will be ready for use. Naturally, protecting your data and that of your customers is particularly important to us.
We therefore host all data securely on our own servers or in selected European partner data centers. In January 2021, we therefore also joined the GAIA-X initiative as a Day-1 Member, where we work with other members to develop common requirements for a European data infrastructure.
Sustainable mobility solutions
For a connected future! As a resource-efficient software solution, our mobility platform, the highQ MobilitySuite, coordinates flexible combinations of different modes of transport, depending on the traffic situation and environmental conditions.
When all transport and service providers have a common open access (from the municipal transport company and car and bike sharing to supplementary services, parking garages, etc.), an offer spanning different modes of transport is created that is directly available to the user.
With the highQ mobility platform, we give users an alternative to private transport – connected and multimodal. It makes it easy to switch to more environmentally friendly modes of transport on the way towards the mobility of the future. An incentive component can provide additional motivation.
Bundle transport services, optimize sales processes
User-friendly and intelligent, our mytraQ app enables future-oriented mobility at the optimal rate – both in terms of route and cost. Instead of buying a ticket, registered users check in to mytraQ with their smartphone and book a travel authorization before starting their journey.
The first Check-in/Be-out system (CiBo) in Germany automatically recognizes which route is subsequently travelled (every transfer or exit) and automatically calculates the lowest fare.
At the end of the week, consolidated billing takes place. Our customer was awarded the Stadtwerke Award 2020 for the unique public transport concept implemented by us for Stadtwerke Osnabrück AG, in which highQ supplied the integrated sales backend system as general contractor.
The award recognizes in particular the project's exemplary and innovative character as well as its sustainability.
