In the summer of 2022, we had already informed about the upcoming certification of our Information Security Management System. We have now passed the Stage 2 audit and hold the coveted ISO-27001 certificate in our hands. The accredited certification according to ISO/IEC 27001 shows that highQ has defined and implemented the best-practice processes for information security. ISO 27001 is the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System. “The successful audit confirmed that our IT systems and those hosted for our customers are secure and highly available,” says Martin Jäschke, Head of Administration at highQ, explaining the importance of the previous intensive project work. “We have established procedures that sustainably ensure the quality of our IT processes – in the interest of our customers. ”
